We took up camping a few years ago after a collaboration with Piri and then later with Millets – since then we’ve camped with friends, on our own, at festivals . . . Ben loves the freedom whilst Dave and I loved the “enforced relaxation”!

Family Friendly Festivals to Consider in 2019

Summer 2018 has been super festival heavy for us and in fact lots of our friends.  If you fancy trying out a festival with the kids in 2019, here’s some of our favourite family friendly festivals to consider: 1. Just So Festival – 17th / 18th / 19th August 2019 – Rode Hall Estate, Cheshire If you’re looking for slightly random but entirely magical family fun with theatre, live music, pillow fights and fancy dress then you won’t go far wrong with Just So Festival. Tickets start from £20 for one day child ticket and £45 for an adult day ticket – but there’s so much to do that camping is highly recommended!
