Yesterday morning I handed Chloe a beautiful parcel wrapped in pink tissue paper – and who wouldn’t want a pretty parcel first thing on a Monday morning?
As you can see from the pictures Chloe was thrilled with her gorgeous new Pink Lining satchel! She was keen to explore inside! The bag is really roomy – just the right size for A4 paper meaning Little Miss can safely carry around a colouring book and associated bits and bobs! For a slightly older child it would be great for Nursery too.
At first Chloe wasn’t keen on wearing it on her back – I don’t think she quite understood what I was trying to do but once I had demonstrated it on myself she slipped it on – and refused point blank to remove it again! Despite it’s size she was clearly comfortable wearing it and I just know it’s going to get a lot of use!
Now if you’ve been following my blog you will know I have a bit of an aversion to pink so I personally love that the “While the World Slept” satchel is gorgeous and girlie with its details but not pink as is so often the case with little girl’s products.
You may have noticed the large window on the front – this allows your child to personalise their bag with their own artwork! On a practical level this will make it really easy for your child to recognise their own bag if, heaven forbid, someone at Nursery happens to have the same one! Chloe is a keen mark marker and will love being able to display her own drawings in her bag, and then ring the changes with a new one when she gets bored! You could even pop your favourite photograph in.
