The Yoga Diaries – Week Two

Ok so I said I wasn’t going to write a weekly diary of every single day, and I still don’t really intend to, however for now writing something each day gives me a little focus and also means I’m less likely to jib out on my practice.  It gives me a little accountability.  Last week I said I wanted to focus on:  * Working on the same three videos that I’ve done so far * Aiming to continue with one or two practices a day * I wanted to get more control over my breathing as I get better at the routines  * I wanted to be able to hold the downward dog position for as long as the video suggests!
