VLOGMAS Week 3

Three whole weeks of daily uploads to YouTube.  I’m exhausted and rather sick of the sight of my own face!  That said, with just three more days to go, I’m really glad that I’ve stuck with it.  We’ve recorded some fabulous memories and also shared some pretty normal days.  I’ve learned to edit faster and tried out some new things.

After the insanity that was VLOGMAS Week 2, I’m pleased to say that things have calmed down somewhat (though that might not be quite so interesting for videos – I’ll let you be the judge of that!)

VLOGMAS Day 15

As a supply teacher and self-employed, work-at-home parent, there is no such thing as an office Christmas party.  You don’t belong to a school enough for them to invite you to their festive celebrations and you can hardly have a Christmas party for one on the sofa whilst answering emails can you . . .  This year I gatecrashed the Flea Ents office Christmas lunch and had a jolly lovely time.

VLOGMAS Day 16

A much needed day to catch up on some work whilst the kids were at school / childcare.  Amy took a spare camera to the childminder so you can see a little bit of her day too!

VLOGMAS 17

The long awaited last day of term.  Need I say more!?

VLOGMAS Day 18

The kids went to Nana’s and we got on with some stuff around the house before heading to my Uncle’s 70th birthday party.

VLOGMAS 19

The annual Butler Christmas party – fifteen kids and associated parents, lots of food and fun.

VLOGMAS Day 20

The first day of the school holidays – swimming for Amy and a visit from Uncle Will & Lucy.  The kids were so pleased to see baby Cass!

VLOGMAS Day 21

An unexpectedly lazy day at home due to Chloe not being very well first thing.

So there will be just three more VLOGMAS uploads to see us to Christmas Eve.  After that watch out for the return to regular Sunday night uploads!
