This spring there’s a new addition to the family – introducing Flossi the Rose Gold Flamingo Trunki, tapping nicely into the current trend for all things rose gold which doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon!

Flossi the Rose Gold Flamingo is pale pink in colour (which regular readers will know is rarely my colour of choice but in this instance we’ll let that go!) Her bright turquoise wheels are a nod to the waters she likes to paddle around in when she’s not taking flight! Her glamorous rose gold horns are obviously not part of her natural flamingo anatomy however they are a standard feature of a Trunki, providing somewhere for your little one to hold onto as they ride!
Flossi comes with a set of sparkly tropical stickers to allow you to customise her – and what child doesn’t like stickers! As you can imagine, Amy was keen to get stuck in and I had to restrain myself from managing their application! Who cares if the stickers are evenly spaced right . . . ? (I must admit to having some concerns as to how the stickers will wear over time, will we just be left with black sticky marks? Of course only time will tell but I do trust that a brand like Trunki will have made sure that the stickers are the best quality to avoid this situation!)
Use your Trunki for hand luggage or a weekend away
As is standard for Trunki, Flossi the Flamingo has an 18-litre capacity – perfect for packing your little one’s bits and pieces for a weekend away or for using as hand luggage on a flight. The lockable catches mean your children’s treasures are kept safe in transit and the rubber trim protects little fingers from harm. (It won’t surprise you to know that Amy is keen to pack her own things when we’re going to Granny’s for the weekend – top priority being “Me” the cow, who has her very own seat belt inside the Trunki – not that Amy would ever allow her to be packed of course!)

The comfy saddle offers somewhere for your child to sit in long flight queues or to allow them to ride through the airport. The design of the Trunki is such that your child can pull along their own suitcase, but of course you know that at some point you are going to be either carrying it yourself or pulling your little one along whilst they ride on! (The weight limit for sitting on your Trunki is 110lbs which is almost 8 stone!)
