Star Wars Reads – Giveaway

Last Updated on 19 April 2019 by Colette

This weekend saw Star Wars Reads day, launched in 2012 this is an annual day focussed on reading and fun activities around Star Wars.  I love that the release of the new film later this year is being used as a springboard to encourage people, particularly children, to read more!

In celebration of Star Wars Reads Day I’ve teamed up with the guys at Egmont to offer you the opportunity to win a selection of their Star Wars themed books – Ben is a huge fan of these already and they’d make great Christmas presents!  (Watch our for our review in the next day or so!)

  1. | love pretty much everything about Star Wars (episodes IV, V and VI only). The advenure, a touch of romance and the small guys winning over the nasty big guys.

  2. Gabby H here–I was a huge Star Wars geek when I was a kid–Han Solo was my first crush, and I have always loved that Princess Leia is a princess who stands her ground and isn't afraid to do anything (I think I remember actually standing up and clapping when she killed Jabba the Hut!). Mark's an even bigger Star Wars geek than I am, so we live and breathe it in our family–Sebastian can even name most of the vehicles, from playing Lego Star Wars! I am so getting the activity book for him for Christmas!!
