Colour-in Christmas Activities from Eggnogg – Review

Earlier this week I complained that I’m struggling find my Christmas feeling and that is, in part, is down to a complete lack of Christmas crafting!  We just haven’t had the time, or the space, to crack open the paint and glitter this year.

What we have done though is made a start on some great Christmas activities from Eggnogg.  I hadn’t come across Eggnogg before but love the concept of their range of colour-in products as Ben, in particular, has recently discovered the pleasure of colouring in and it’s certainly something I’m keen to foster.

Colour-in Postcards

A set of 12 Christmas cards and 12 thank  you cards (£6.50) – These were a huge hit with Ben and Chloe.  I was really impressed with how much care Chloe took to try and trace the letters on her card.  Ben spent ages choosing a design, colouring his cards and deciding who they should be sent to.  The postcards are great quality and feature details such as a “coloured by . . . ” section on the back for an even greater personal touch.  They’re sure to be well received!

Look at her little concentrating tongue!
We also received Colour-in Dress Up Santa Outfit (£9.99) which I must admit I think is a bit of an odd one – quite a lot of money for some paper to fasten to your clothes which will probably only last a few minutes? Colour-in 3D Decorations (£9.99) and Colour-in Paper Chains (£3.99) – I haven’t actually shown these to Ben and Chloe yet as I know they’re going to want to display them immediately but the house just isn’t fit for decorating yet. However they are of the same fabulous style and quality as the Christmas Postcards and I can’t wait to give them to them when we’re away at the weekend as I know they’re going to be kept occupied for hours!
Eggnogg Christmas range
Our first experience of Eggnogg has definitely been a good one and we can’t wait to try out some more products in the new year!
