With Ben and Chloe we had a huge pile of plain, boring, white and decidedly bog standard muslins. They did the job of course. I had no complaints.
But then . . . then I discovered there was something better! Amy has been treated to some decidedly more luxurious muslins from a variety of brands – the latest being the beautifully designed and ethically produced muslins from Sew Lomax.
I never knew how useful large muslins could be till I owned them, I guess I thought they were just another thing to spend money on and were probably a bit pointless. Yes small muslins are great for winding & mopping up the inevitable sick . . . but large ones can be used for swaddling, a lightweight blanket, a bit of shade and mopping up a whole lot more sick! (And unfortunately after last week’s lurgy I can pay testament to that!)
These particular muslins, designed by Emma Lomax, are SO soft. They wash beautifully and have become a staple in our house – we’ve used them in the bedroom, the car, out and about . . .

At £26 for a set of three they’d make a really lovely baby gift!

These look beautiful! I love good quality muslins, they are used so much! x
