This post features gifted experiences

On Sunday 13th June, whilst Dave is in the pub watching the first England match of the Euros, I will be settling down with the kids to watch Wallace and Gromit in Concert at The Lowry Theatre, Salford and I can’t wait!

Wallace and Gromit in Concert - including the Wrong Trousers

Wallace and Gromit in Concert at The Lowry is a cracking live award-winning orchestral show for the whole family. As well as watching Wallace preform his Musical Marvel, My Concerto in Ee Lad with ‘help’ from Gromit… we will also be treated to a screening of The Wrong Trousers accompanied with a live orchestra My three already love Wallace and Gromit (as does Dave – he’s kinda gutted to be missing out on this one) and I’m excited about seeing how the live orchestra adds a different dimension to the experience!

Tickets for Wallace and Gromit in Concert

There are two performances of Wallace and Gromit in Concert at The Lowry on Sunday 13th June 2021 – one at 2pm and one at 4.30pm with tickets starting at £19 per person. Tickets must be pre-booked with the required Track and Trace information given at the time of booking.

A Covid Secure Performance

This will be our first time back in a theatre setting, instead of watching kids’ videos, in longer than I can remember – at least 18 months – and we’ve missed it so much! The seating within The Lowry is socially distanced and the venue is COVID secure – as I mentioned above, mandatory Track and Trace details are taken at the time of booking. With this in mind, we aren’t all worried about attending – just really excited for a proper afternoon of family entertainment and keen to support such a fantastic local venue again! (And don’t forget, while you’re in the area, there’s plenty of other things to do around Salford Quays with the family too)
