A first tooth!

Last Updated on 10 October 2023 by Colette

Earlier this week I had a conversation something along the lines of “No she’s not showing any signs of teething yet at all” . . .

And she wasn’t – no flushed cheeks, no nappy rash, no illness, no obvious pain, no dramatic increase in dribble . . .

But today, at 8 months and 11 days . . . today while Mummy was at work, Daddy found a tooth!

Yesterday I had thought her gums looked a bit different but I couldn’t feel anything when I put my fingers in to check, today she bit her Daddy and he knew about it!

(These photos get harder and harder to take! Little monkey just wants to eat the cards)

* Update – Tooth number two found the very next day!

  2. We had our daughters just a few weeks apart, how lovely… my little miss is showing ALL the flippin' signs of teething and has done for weeks but still no peggys!
Well done to your little miss for being so laid back about it x

    • We have been very lucky that none of them have really suffered too much with teething – fingers crossed she continues in the same fashion!
I hope your little lady isn't suffering too much x
