How cute are these two! They just adore each other and I love to listen to them playing together. Of course they have their moments where they wind each other up – often at bedtime when Ben is trying to sleep and Chloe will climb up on his bed, or when she wants to play with something and he takes it off her – but mostly the play beautifully. More and more I’m noticing them playing “with” each other rather than alongside each other – playing little imaginary games of Mums and Dads or dogs (yes I know – exciting right). Ben tends to take control of these games with the “Pretend that you’re the Mummy and I’m the big brother” but she will go along with it chatting away in role about going to the shops or feeding her baby.
I often wonder how their relationship will change as they get older, how Amy will fit into their little world as she becomes her own little person. Much as having three children under five has it’s challenges right now it feels like the perfect age gap and I hope that this closeness remains as the grow up.
Aww this is lovely. They are so cute, and it's great that they are close. I moan about mine being lose in age but really they are like little twins sometimes they just follow each other everywhere and play. That's not to say they don't have their fair share of squabbles but I just hope that they stay close as they grow up x
I fear we may regret their close age gaps when we have a house full of teens 😉 x

Aww so cute, I often think the same when I watch my two young sons playing, it's so nice to hear them chatting away.

Nice to see they are getting on, there was nine years between my brother and I and we would fight like a cat and dog, we only started to get on with each other when we were both adults.
