Earlier this week we were invited to attend a special press launch for the stage adaptation of The Tiger Who Came to Tea at the Epstein Theatre in Liverpool.  We tool part in a fabulous array of The Tiger Who Came to Tea themed activities to celebrate the fact the The Tiger Who Came to Tea is coming to Liverpool this summer.
With a visit from the Tiger himself combined with Tiger face painting, colouring in & a special story time on the theatre stage followed by a delicious tea party we were fully immersed in all things tiger and had a really wonderful time.
I had been a bit nervous about attending an event with all three children & no Daddy to help but actually we found the venue easily & all three children behaved beautifully so the event was an absolute pleasure & not remotely stressful. Â All three of my little tigers were suitably worn out and slept all the way back to Manchester!
We now can’t wait to see this much loved children’s story brought to life on the stage in June (Tuesday 9th to Sunday 14th June). Â I may actually be more excited than the children!
