I don’t know about you but I always loved trampolining as a kid – however options were few and far between, garden trampolines weren’t a thing and we certainly didn’t have the option of hitting up a local trampoline park!
Trampoline parks make a great alternative to soft play for older kids and are the perfect place for burning off some energy on wet weekends and during long school holidays. You’ll find that lots of trampoline parks will host birthday parties for you too – which means a whole lot less stress than having a load of kids in your house or trying to entertain them all in the local church hall!
It’s worth noting that all the trampoline parks listed insist that grip socks are worn. Many will insist you wear their own branded trampolining socks – these aren’t too expensive and can obviously be re-worn on future trips (assuming you remember to take them with you which I rarely do!).
You can also expect to sign a waiver form – it’s worth doing this online ahead of time rather than faffing about before your session when the kids are desperate to get jumping! The parks will typically have a safety video for your children to watch ahead of their session – some allow this to be done from home as part of the waiver signing, others will expect you to watch it on site.
Some of the parks listed have specific areas for little kids but mostly you’ll find that they only allow children of school age – this is typically because younger children have much softer bones prone to breaking!
Advanced booking is recommended as many Manchester trampoline venues get booked out on weekend afternoons and holiday periods – and it saves time when the kids just want to get bouncing!

There a lots of options for trampolining in Manchester and the surrounding area these days so I thought I’d put together a list of the best trampoline parks in Greater Manchester.
Flip Out Manchester, Corbett Street, Manchester M11 4TA
Flip Out is a large trampoline and adventure park located in Beswick opposite the Etihad Stadium. They have over 200 trampolines so you can jump and bounce to your heart’s delight, a slam dunk court, a ninja warrior course, and a separate area for under 5s. There are drop slides and a laser maze but these aren’t always open.
If you’re going to be sitting in the spectator area upstairs, layer up – I’ve always found it’s absolutely freezing!

Oxygen Media City, Quayside MediaCityUK, The Lowry Outlet Mall, Salford M50 3AH
Oxygen Media City opened in February 2025 – just in time for the February half term break!
This new, state-of-the-art venue is home to 24 trampolines, a mega-air bag jump, a high ropes course, a ‘Rollglider’ aerial ride, an interactive strike arena and more.
There’s even a dedicated Toddler Zone, so little jumpers can have just as much fun on their own trampettes.
High above the park, the high ropes course will have fearless families navigating their way across six challenging crossings, while the ‘Rollglider’ aerial ride will give thrill seekers a sky-high feeling, as they soar through the air on a harness.

Jump Xtreme, Trinity Retail Park, Bolton, BL2 1HY
Jump Xtreme Manchester is a trampoline and soft play centre and claims to be the best trampoline park in the area. Offering wall-to-wall interconnected trampolines, blocks, boxes and angled trampolines which means you can literally be bouncing off the walls! There’s also a dodgeball arena, basketball lanes with trampolines so you can perfect that slam dunk, a stunt bag and tumble tracks.
It’s worth noting that the “Jump Xtreme trampoline park” and the adventure play area “That Fun Place” are booked and paid for separately though you can book a combi session to give you the best of both worlds
Open every day, Jump Xtreme offers a fun outing for the whole family – they also offer children’s birthday party packages.

Jump Heaven, 2 Pepper Rd, Hazel Grove, Stockport SK7 5BW
Jump Heaven claims to be the largest activity park in Europe with two giant parks in one!
On one side of Jump Heaven you’ll find 80 interconnected trampolines with foam pits, a battle beam, a giant airbag, a climbing wall and a dodgeball and basketball court and the other side has Ninja Warrior Courses, swings, an activity frame with a dedicated baby and toddler area, ride-on Cars, teen speed and tube slides, a spider climbing frame and even an indoor zip line!

AirVault Inflatable & Trampoline Park, Wingates industrial Estate, 1002 Great Bank Rd, Westhoughton, Bolton BL5 3XU
AirVault combines interconnected, spring-loaded trampolines with an inflatable park, obstacle courses, ninja wall, air bag and jump tower – they’ve got it all going on and your kids are going to be suitably shattered after a session here!
Whilst they are wearing themselves out there is a mezzanine café offering a selection of hot and cold drinks, and snacks. There is also a downstairs viewing area if you need to keep a closer eye on them!

Velocity Trampoline Park, Wheatlea Industrial Estate, Caxton Cl, Wigan WN3 6XU | PERMENANTLY CLOSED
Velocity Trampoline Park in Wigan has closed down as of April 2026. The venue is being repurposed into a new padel sports centre.Â
Velocity Trampoline Park in Wigan is one of the largest of its type in Europe with an indoor trampoline court and even tumble track trampolines if you’re feeling like showing off!
Jump sessions at Velocity Tramponline park also include access to the giant air bag where you can practise your somersaults and flips – or just watch your kids do it and fear for their necks!

Whilst not a trampoline park in the traditional sense, the Zip World Nets are essentially like trampolines in the trees and are a lot of fun – for big kids and little ones alike!

Oxygen Wilmslow features over 60 trampolines, an interactive multi-sports arena, six climbing walls, a cardio wall, and three storeys of soft play area.
This summer, Oxygen Wilmslow is hosting a full programme of special activities for the school holidays, including a whole summer of bouncing for just £60, working out at just £2 a session so jumpers can get more Activeplay for less. Oxygen Freejumping near the Trafford Centre has now closed after going into administration, your nearest Oxygen park is in Wilmslow
Oxygen Freejumping is an indoor trampoline park located in Trafford, Manchester. They have a range of activities including a main arena with 150 interconnected trampolines, dodgeball courts, a giant airbag, and a separate area for under 5s.
For a bouncy alternative to trampolines at Trafford Park, check out Inflata Nation which is essentially one big bouncy castle with huge inflatable slides (Previously home to trampoline park Jump Nation) or Total Ninja which offers a full on inflatable ninja obstacle course total wipeout style.

The Trampoline Zone at Adventure Longdendale is suitable for children age 4 years and older.
